Another good way to practice would be a table tennis robot. If you have an access to one, that would be the ideal way to practice your moves and moves. It’s also an ideal way to practice when you don’t have a partner to practice with.

The last, yet least important thing is the equipment. When you are starting out, you don’t need to spend money on professional rackets and equipment, but you wouldn’t want to learn how to play table tennis with plastic racket either, trust me.
